When you allow someone else to make you angry, you have allowed them to pull your strings. Once they know how to pull your strings, they will continue to do it. Take control of your strings, and control yourself. Words, are just words. Ask yourself, what is really bothering me?
Take a deep breath, and their comments off your shoulders. For one, if they are saying something negitive to you, then it is themselves, whom have the issue, not you. And Hater's are gonna Hate. Remember this. For every one Hater, their are 9 people who like what you are doing. So, instead of getting angry, think of it in a positive way. Think of the 9 people whom are Happy with what you are doing.
I was in my early twenties, when I first started thinking about this, an about the Mask that we wear. I was getting to know myself, an I had plenty of time to do so. Along with, being around a lot of other's, whom were doing the same.
Just like anything, it takes a little practice, to get use to staying calm, when someone is picking at you. No one like negitive comments. No one wants to look bad. But, if you handle a sistuation, the right way. You will make the one whom is talking about you, feel bad, and look bad. And you will come out even more.
Please take the time to think about what I have said, and to start letting words others use against you, go. You will find, that things will get much better. Life will get much better. The whole Key is: "BELIEVE!" We tell ourselves that we believe, but the Bible hit it dead on the nail: If you only had the faith the size of a mustard seed.
Again, this goes along with one of my big topic's. From birth, you are born with all the skills and knowledge needed, in order to be successfull and live a happy life. But, you are instantly hit with this worlds re programming. And you can't blame those whom raised you. Because they were re-programmed by this world, as well. And they felt they were doing the right thing.
