Hello, and thank you for selecting my video to watch. This is going to be one of the more positive things, you have ever done. Because I am going to teach you how to be happy.
What is Happiness? Before I can teach you happiness. You must first, know what happiness is.
Happiness is a state of mind that involves:
1) A feeling of contentment and joy
2) A calmness of spirit
3) Being able to focus on the things that matter most
What do you think of when you think of happiness?
Is it a new car, a great vacation?
Maybe it's the validation that you have found your calling, or the feeling of being energized after a workout.
So let's start by looking at the things that make us happy: what makes us feel good? What makes us smile? What makes us laugh? And then let's get those things into our day—right where we live, right when we wake up in the morning. That's how we'll find happiness every day!
But what if I told you that happiness isn't something that you can buy—that it's something that is already within you?
Happiness is a state of mind that can be hard to attain, and it can even be fleeting. But there's a way to cultivate happiness in your life, and that's by focusing on gratitude.
When you focus on what you're grateful for, it can make you feel more positive about life, which means you'll be happier overall. So if you want to be a happy person, start by looking for the good things in your life—and then share them with others.
There are a lot of things that we want in life, and some of those things can be difficult to get. But when you're happy, you don't have to worry about any of those things. And when you're happy, you can be the person who makes other people happy. You can be that light in someone's life.
Again, I know what it's like to feel like no one understands me or cares about me. I know what it's like to feel sad and alone and meaningless. And I know what it's like to have so much love for others, but not enough love for myself.
But now? Now I'm here with you, talking about how awesome everything is going to be! Yes, even if there are days where things aren't always perfect—and even though sometimes it might feel like there's nothing left at all—in the end, everything always works out just fine.
Happiness is a choice. We can decide to be happy, or we can decide not to be happy.
