OFF THE BEATEN PATH Â NORTH ALABAMA WALKING TRAIL
One of Puddin and myselfs favorite places to walk is in North Alabama. Only 5 miles from Our Home, Hunter Park, in North Hazel Green has great paths, which run through the  Woodline.Â
4 wheeler trails cut all through the woods and run all along the river banks. What may have been old logging paths, as well.Â
Hunter Park is known by everyone in our area for their Youth Fields. When I played High School Baseball, this is where we played Our Home Games. Our Girls Softball Team played here as well.
This is just off Highway 231/431. We cal this area of the Highway, Flood Lane. Anytime it rains, this area usually floods.
I never realized that these paths were here. Most of these Paths Puddin has discovered. She always has point and I have learned to follow behind. Each time, she brings us down a new path, which has something interesting to see.Â
It was not until February of this year (2025) that I realized these paths were here. Only 5 minutes from our House, so we come here a lot now. Â
Return soon for more!
