Wow, this is amazing. Then the cop try's to wiggle his way out of a Charge! Cop said:" I am going to swollow my pride." This Cop knew he was about to get charged and was going to lose his job.
Which, His Story did make the citizen not file charges, but the Cops on the scene should have filed charges, anyway. This guys was way out of line, and I am waiting to see the outcome. The fact that this guy lost control like this, is shocking. And it all took place in front of the victims daughter.
